Yalda Kouhi Anbaran is the initiator, creative mind and publisher. The engineer and mother with a multinational family background works in addition to her main job in an international technology group as an equal opportunities officer. The daily observation of the multiple, small discriminations through thoughtless statements, hidden glances and exclusions reinforced in her the idea that diversity has to become a completely natural part of everyday life and that one should start with it from an early age. Driven by this idea, she developed the careers memo. Depending on the response, she wants to gradually implement further ideas for conveying a diverse image of people and society.
